What happened to the weatherlight?
The ship was destroyed by the Primeval Crosis, only to be reborn as a completely sentient being. The ship was destroyed a final time over the skies of Urborg while defending Dominaria from the arrival of Yawgmoth. It is possible that part of Weatherlight lives on inside the planeswalker Karn.
Why is Jhoira immortal?
Jhoira herself became nearly immortal due to her experiences at Tolaria following the disaster. She managed to rig a means to collect water from a pool that had been affected by the temporal rifts.
How did squee become immortal?
During the Phyrexian Invasion, Squee was captured by the Phyrexians, and granted immortality, so that he might be killed repeatedly by Ertai and Crovax. This backfired, and allowed Squee to accidentally kill Ertai. His immortality outlasted the war and he has survived to the present.
Is ascendant Evincar Crovax?
Crovax, somtimes known as Crovax the Cursed and later as the Ascendant Evincar of Rath, was once an aristocratic human from Urborg born as part of Urza’s Bloodline Project. Throughout his life he was the victim of Phyrexian attempts to drive him mad and turn him against Urza.
Did URZA make Karn?
The Planeswalker Urza created Karn as a war weapon. At that moment, Karn became a Planeswalker, inheriting the spark from his creator. Karn then created a plane of his own: a metal world called Argentum.
How did Teferi regain his spark?
Teferi sacrificed his Planeswalker spark, using its energy to close one of the temporal storms. Dominaria survived, but Zhalfir was lost outside of time, and Teferi was left as a powerful but merely mortal mage.

Decades later, when Phyrexia invaded the plane of Dominaria, Karn fulfilled his destiny, joining with the other artifacts of the Legacy to destroy Phyrexia’s Father of Machines. At that moment, Karn became a Planeswalker, inheriting the spark from his creator.
